The job
As the Nordic IT Architect-Applications Manager in one of the world's largest car leasing and mobility solutions company, you will be responsible for enabling the development team to deliver the highest standards and meeting the business requirements in the most optimal and agile way.
You will be a responsible for ALD Automotive’s Nordic development department located in Taastrup. As the leader of two development teams, you will play an active role in designing the micro service foundation for ALD’s IT systems future and will be part of the team that delivers ALD’s mobile solutions.
The teams consist of skilled and motivated colleagues with high professional standards, where coaching and knowledge sharing are a natural part of the daily work life. ALD Automotive has a mature development environment with focus on continuous deployment as well as flexible and attractive working conditions.
As Nordic IT Architect-Applications Manager, you will also be responsible for aligning the regional IT and Digital strategy with the global strategies, ensuring continuity, structure and stability. You will be responsible for developing or implementing ALD’s IT systems and for ensuring focus on delivering the right quality for the relevant solution, within the timeframe and with the right match to meet the users’ needs.
As the leader, you will head a large team of IT colleagues (IT developers, Scrum Masters), and you will therefore be responsible for inspiring, motivating, guiding, mentoring and developing your colleagues.
