Join a specialised QHSE team
You will be joining the QHSE team with 9 enthusiastic and competent colleagues who are specialised in business process development and management. Via governance of external standard and internal processes, and by training the right mindset that brings value to the business, we enable continuous improvement of processes
Organisationally, this position is based in Aarhus, Denmark. However, this is a global role covering the entire BEUMER Group. Thus, you will be collaborating and building relations with stakeholders and colleagues from all around the world.
Towards the upcoming certification, you will be closely involved with our Cyber Security team, and together with the ISO 27001 project manager, you will play a vital role in preparing us for the certification.
Take part in all aspects of the ISO 27001 standard implementation
In this new role, not everything is yet set in stone. Therefore, we rely on your expertise to help us in the right direction. Naturally, the primary focus will initially be to support the ISO 27001 project team and the organisation towards the certification.
However, once we have succeeded in implementing ISO 27001 and obtained the certification, many exciting challenges await. We aim to be best-in-class, and you will continue to develop, maintain and optimise processes and standards based on audits that you will conduct.
Some of the key tasks and processes for which you will be responsible includes:
- Designing and targeting awareness training in ISO standards and policies for both IT specialists and users across the BEUMER Group in coordination with our People & Culture organisation
- Performing awareness training yourself when needed
- Ensuring coherence between policies, procedures and guidelines in collaboration with an external consulting firm before certification
- Identifying and preparing input for management reviews and risk assessments
- Improving processes in close cooperation with process owners
- Supporting the process of defining performance indicators and definition of KPIs
- Supporting our ISO 27001 project manager in various tasks and topics
- Participating in internal audits (together with an external consulting firm), supplier audits, and preparing for ISO 27001 (re-)certification, and in future surveillance audits
- Preparing proposals for anchoring policies, procedures and guidelines in the respective departments, teams and groups
Experience with ISO 27001 and an excellent communicator
This role will give you wide exposure when training colleagues, collaborating with external consultants or performing audits. Thus, it goes without saying that your communication and collaboration skills need to be excellent. Moreover, we rely on your expertise, and accordingly, you need to have:
- Previously been involved in ISO 27001 implementations – and know the standard well
- Experience performing audits, and you know the importance of a mutual collaboration with the organisation when performing audits.
