Responsibilities and tasks:
As our new IT security assistant, you will work closely with internal IT colleagues, outsourcing partners and end users to improve and strengthen the IT security setup.
Your main tasks consist of:
Service minded attitude with passion for IT
You should have 1 -2 years of knowledge within the IT area and have solid technical skills. We are open to new graduates with specific interest and focus on IT security. ITIL foundation and familiarity of working according to the processes is an advantage, however not required.
As a person, you should be service minded and good at understanding the users. You work diligently to complete your duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business and you are result-oriented. You take responsibility and work well both independently and in a team setting.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration, which means that you must be fluent in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities and tasks:
As our new IT security assistant, you will work closely with internal IT colleagues, outsourcing partners and end users to improve and strengthen the IT security setup.
Your main tasks consist of:
- In corporation with the IT Security Officer develop, maintain and communicate the IT Security services
- Challenge and continuously help improve IT Security services
- Investigate security alerts
- Help optimize alerts and monitoring criteria based on investigations and false positives
- Educate, communicate and interact with Ambu’s end-users around IT Security procedures
- Assist with software security assessments
- Responsible for driving the periodic reviews of administrative accounts related to IT Infrastructure (Domain Admins, Server Admins, Desktop Admins etc.)
- Assist with security assessments of IT Change requests
- Support the IT Service Desk with IT Security related incidents
