The job
You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and have a good business understanding. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate the importance of information security efficiently to your stakeholders. - Identify and analyze risks
- Develop risk treatment strategies
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, such as GDPR and GxP
- Create information security policies, procedures and guidelines
- Train others in information security best practice
- Utilize modern, cost effective technologies to protect the business
- Support and supervise investigations and audits
- Oversee daily tasks of other IT professionals
- Drive change in IT and in the business
- Create metrics and measure compliance
- Develop and present reports to management
Your qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Business Administration or similar.
- Security certifications like CISSP and CISM will be preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience within information security in a global setting, preferably within the Pharma industry.
- Fully proficient in both written and spoken English as we awork in an international environment.
- Energy to drive information security changes in a large organization.
