The job
You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and have a good technology understanding. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate the importance of information security efficiently to your stakeholders. It is second nature for you to involve and interact with people across IT teams in a global environment. In this role, you will:
- Monitor the threat landscape and plan mitigating actions
- Drive and improve preventive controls and the incident response process.
- Support IT projects with risk assessments and design requirements
- Advise operational IT teams on secure design and procedures
- Align technology and procedures with security standards, such as ISO27001, CSC20 or NIST.
- Train employees in information security best practice
- Support and supervise investigations and audits
- Collaborate on daily tasks of other IT professionals
- Develop and present compliance to IT teams and to management
Your qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Business Administration or similar.
- Deep experience in more of the areas: Incident response, intrusion detection, IAM, vulnerability management, audit or cloud security.
- Security certifications like CISSP and CISA will be preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience within information security in a global setting, preferably within the Pharma industry.
- Fully proficient in both written and spoken English as we work in an international environment.
- Energy to drive information security changes in a large organization.
