Job Description
The Data Protection and Information Security Officer is responsible to support the regional implementation and realization of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Data Protection Management System (DPMS) in all organizational units in the region. You will be responsible for our Nordic region, covering 7 countries; Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. Your tasks will be:
• informing, advising and training of managers and associates on the implementation of and compliance with all operational information security and local data protection requirements
• auditing the implementation of such requirements,
• processing of inquiries from local data subject requests and data protection incidents,
• contact with local supervisory authorities,
• representing the interests of the Bosch Group with regard to Information security and data protection towards third parties,
• implementation of local data protection laws,
• creation of Bosch local data protection regulations for countries in the region based on local laws
• advice on local data protection laws in the region.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
We are looking for someone who has relevant legal background and has worked in practice with relevant local data protection law of one or more of the Nordic countries as well as GDPR. Denmark, Sweden and Norway are our main focus, so if you have experience from one or more of these, it would be a great advantage. To summarize, we need someone who has
- Completed university degree (master/graduate) in law in one of the countries of the regíon
- Experience and competence in the field of data protection
- Very good language skills in English and minimum one other local language of the region; ideally danish, swedish or norwegian.
- Leadership competences
