At GN Store Nord, we lead major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions. How we use IT has a direct impact on our many processes and the products that we provide for people around the world. This is where our Information Security and Data Privacy team comes into the picture.
We are part of IT Shared Services and our work spans GN Store Nord, GN Audio and GN Hearing. Located at our HQ in Ballerup, the team consists of 7 dedicated, diverse and experienced specialists working closely together with IT teams to ensure safe infrastructure, GDPR compliance (and equivalent legislation outside of the EU) as well as data security and protection. We have an informal work environment and flexible working hours.
Work with ISO compliance within audio and hearing
As our new information security officer, you will work with information security for both our hearing aid division and our audio division. This entails working with a regulated industry (hearing) as well as a consumer and business product industry (audio), giving you a very broad internal network. Your main focus – in combination with other security tasks – will be to ensure ISO compliance.
Your specific tasks will be to:

Work with ISO compliance within audio and hearing
As our new information security officer, you will work with information security for both our hearing aid division and our audio division. Your main focus – in combination with other security tasks – will be to ensure ISO compliance.
Your specific tasks will be to:
- Ensure ISO 27001/2 compliance, including updating our risk register, SOA (Statement of Applicability), and policies upon request and according to plans
- Ensure that the cyber risk register for GN Hearing/Corporate Quality regarding ISO 14971 is maintained and updated
- Make sure that IT projects fulfill the GN Information Security Policy
- Implement and maintain our ISMS (information security management system)
- Answer security questionnaires from prospects and customers
- Support security and data privacy audits/alignments
- Support privacy by design and by default for GN Hearing

We also imagine that you:
- Have experience with risk management as well as the implementation and maintenance of information frameworks such as ISO 2700x, NIST SP 800-xx and/or CIS-20
- Have experience with security audit procedures/processes, e.g. SOC 2 compliance requirements or ISO certifications (27001)
- Have knowledge of security architecture
- May be certified in CISM or CISSP
- May have knowledge of HITRUST as this would be a bonus
