For our internal security department, we are looking for an IT security specialist who thrives in supporting and participating in dialogues about developing our IT security and IT compliance work. You will report to the security manager, and get great colleagues in our internal security department and 1700+ colleagues in the rest of eg in several countries.
eg's IT security department works from two locations, Ballerup in Denmark and Warsaw in Poland. We are a team that spans a wide range, as we operate in support, information security, cyber security and the development of these is based on well-known frameworks. You will daily receive professional sparring from colleagues who have IT security as some of their focus areas, and you will work closely with your colleagues who are responsible for the implementation of IT security in our solutions. You will be sitting in our new, delicious premises in Ballerup with the possibility of hybrid working conditions and can expect between 5 and 20 travel days a year.
Your success in the position depends on your ability to deliver guidance and support to help with changes that can take us to the next level of IT security. You are good at coordinating tasks and ensuring efficient execution. You are able to run stakeholder management to achieve the agreed changes on time. We have a goal that eg's system landscape and organization always live up to relevant legislation within IT security and governance.
We need your help for this, and the tasks you will be responsible for are:
Experience with IT security and the drive for more
You preferably have a relevant education (eg computer scientist, IT Security, etc.) and experience with CIS, ISO27001, ISAE3402 and ISAE 3000, Risk-ISO27005 and the like. Most importantly, you have experience from a position in information security and implementation of security requirements. You are good at communicating in writing (English and Danish) and being structured. As a person, you are independent and have a good drive, high integrity and are focused on providing high quality and solid advice, while creating good relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers. It would be an advantage, not a requirement, if you have experience working with Control Manager and Jira or similar tools.

We need your help for this, and the tasks you will be responsible for are:
- Participate in the implementation, support and maintenance of CIS and ISMS framework in our business units and group functions.
- Conduct interview based review at security levels in our business units
- Maintenance and support of our ISMS system Control Manager
- Develop relevant policies and procedures and implement organizational implementation
- Manage Awareness campaigns and report on these
- Participate in the preparation, maintenance and reporting of CIS, ISMS and risk analyses
- Carry out internal security audits and support in connection with external audits
- Handling of support cases for the department in ServiceNow and tasks in Jira
