You will join 9 colleagues in Group IT Compliance, part of Group Compliance. Together, we ensure that our information security and compliance strategies are implemented across the organisation, and we are continuously optimising our framework to mitigate risks and adhere to regulations.

Optimise information policies and raise security awareness
In this role, you will be a key force behind managing our information security policy framework and raising information security awareness to change and improve the behaviour of your colleagues.
Meeting with stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation, you will have a wide interface with many touchpoints to promote cybersecurity and risk awareness. You will ensure that we communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner as well as align policies across the global organisation.

More specifically, you will:
Experience with information security and solid stakeholder management skills
As you will have a broad interface across the organisation, you will need excellent communication skills as well as the ability to both listen, counsel and advise as well as stand firm when necessary.
You are aware that a big part of your success depends on building solid relationships, and you bring your enthusiasm for IT security with you when interacting with stakeholders and colleagues.

More specifically, you will:
- Be a driving force in managing and improving the information security governance and risk management in line with ISO/IEC 27001 and other international security standards
- Develop, manage and maintain a holistic security awareness communication and education programme for employees globally – this includes creating content for training programmes and promoting awareness through various communication channels
- Drive the development and implementation of the information security policy framework to assess, prioritise and mitigate business risks
- Liaise with stakeholders to implement IT compliance initiatives and track any security-related issues
- Develop and manage metrics reporting and presentations related to information security to senior management
- Stay up to date on security, risk and compliance technologies and trends to strengthen our protection and security stance
Experience with information security and solid stakeholder management skills

- Have 3+ years’ experience with information security governance and compliance combined with a relevant technical background
- Have experience with making C-level presentations and are able translate complex issues into clear and concise information that can support key decision-making
- Have experience with information security risk management
- Are knowledgeable of security awareness on a global scale
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
