You will join our IT Security department
As our new IT Security Operations Manager, you will be part of the leadership team heading up the global Cyber and Information Security Programme. Your key role will be to manage and significantly expand Ramboll’s detection and response capabilities. This includes expanding current organisation and building out processes and technologies. You will be based in Copenhagen and report to Head of IT Security.

You will join our IT Security department
As our new IT Security Operations Manager, you will be part of the leadership team heading up the global Cyber and Information Security Programme. Your key role will be to manage and significantly expand Ramboll’s detection and response capabilities. This includes expanding current organisation and building out processes and technologies. You will be based in Copenhagen and report to Head of IT Security.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Driving focused development of global cyber security monitoring, analysis, incident response, cyber crisis management and eradication capabilities;
- Lead incident response activities;
- Ensure alignment against MITRE ATT&CK®, ISO27001, CSI CSC 20 and other global standards;
- Leading cyber security risk analysis, reporting and management activities;
- Development and management of KRIs, KPIs and metrics;
- Lead development of IT security services to our business projects;
- Leading by example i.e. at any time acting as role model and promoting ethical, compliant and secure behaviour for employees and peers

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior IT security management role
- Experience with building and managing a security operations centre
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or other related discipline
- Graduate degree (Master's) and/or professional certifications have an advantage
- Thorough understanding of IT security risks and controls
- Strong leadership, negotiation and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a complex multicultural and multi-time zone organization.
- Strong analytical and management skills
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
- Ability to collect and analyse data, establish facts and make recommendations in written and verbal form
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keeping a cool head during a crisis
- Good portion of self-awareness and humour
