As one of our new Senior IT Security Architect, you will be part of a team of skilled security professionals and consultants tasked with managing and developing Ramboll’s global cyber and information security program.

You will join our IT Security department
As one of our new Senior IT Security Architect, you will be part of a team of skilled security professionals and consultants tasked with managing and developing Ramboll’s global cyber and information security program.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Supporting and advising our IT department and business units on adopting and implementing new technologies and services securely across the globe
- Defining, developing, and implementing minimum security requirements for infrastructure, platforms, and applications, based on their risk profiles
- Defining, developing, and implementing scalable security architectures to support our business growth and digital innovation (Including Infrastructure, Applications and Cloud)
- Formulating requirements toward vendors when procuring services and software, as well as approving vendors’ proposed solutions
- Evangelizing our security best practices, guidelines, and blueprints throughout the organization, helping colleagues to build secure solutions.
Your starting point for constant growth

- At least 10 years of experience within the field of Information/cyber security
- Strong communication skills and capability of building relationships and engaging people at all levels of the organization.
- Capability of taking ownership and drive/facilitate initiatives which enhances our processes and increases our value-add to Ramboll
- At least a Bachelor degree within IT, or comparable education
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or knowledge and experience equivalent to these certifications.
- Experience working with security standards like CIS 20, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 or similar.
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interact with personnel across all business units and customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills – excellent English is a must
- Passion for providing excellent support – including ability to manage expectations effectively
- Ability to plan and structure complex task in an international environment.
- Ability to adjust communication to work effectively with colleagues from different cultures
