Use your strong business acumen to help drive the strategic direction for cybersecurity
As a key component of PANDORA’s protection from Information security risks, the Information Security Governance team is responsible for the management of the cybersecurity strategy, governance, compliance, risk and data protection across the organisation. As a member of this team, you will also be expected to provide support for PANDORA through the build and maintenance of mature cybersecurity capabilities across multiple dimensions.
In this role your key accountabilities will be to:
Cybersecurity Risk Management:
- Support cyber risk appetite and orchestrate decisions for the organisation in collaboration with the broader business
- Define and deliver risk reporting plans and key indicators
- Assess the risk and the process of updating risk appetite at least every 12 months in coordination with other teams
- Monitor compliance to cyber policies across the organisation
- Develop plans to mitigate risks & follow up on actions
- Identify PANDORA Information Security risks; conduct risk assessments across all environments
- Prepare vulnerability disclosure reports on outward facing systems
Third-Party Management Support:
- Design, review and update Vendor risk assessment frameworks
- Communicate PANDORA’s cyber policies to strategic vendors, assess their cybersecurity risk and compliance, and drive mitigation of risks based on need
- Review the cybersecurity risk posed by the supply chains of all strategic vendors
- Monitor deployed third-party hardware / software for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance
Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Support:
- Drive cyber initiatives to perform the necessary governance and audit controls
- Support the definition of cybersecurity-related enterprise standards, policies and controls; ensure IT security policies are aligned with legal & compliance requirements
- Facilitate internal & external audits covering risk-centric assessments, provide inputs to regulatory and compliance teams on cybersecurity risk, and support the deployment of corporate compliance programs
- Follow up on all GRC-related findings with corrective measures
- Perform monthly controls & housekeeping
Strategy & Performance Management:
- Monitor / review cybersecurity performance (e.g. compiling, reviewing and updating KPIs to drive improvement actions, performing corrective measures and improvements)
- Engage in stakeholder management (e.g. providing board and leadership teams with regular updates)
- Build cybersecurity capabilities (e.g. design, implement and maintain training / awareness programs for the organisation)
Passionate Information Security Manager with strong technical skills We are looking for a senior professional with strong experience in Information Security in global companies. We also value your experience as a key player in a team in a global business and your ability to understand complex requirements as well as transforming them into workable processes and policies.
You most likely have a Master’s degree in IT, business administration, economics, or similar. Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain from global companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of the Information Security Governance, Risk and Data Privacy areas (please see above); prior experience in additional areas is desirable
- Broad experience of working in large IT teams, with an understanding of how IT and business processes are linked
- Project management skills / experience in supporting transformations in IT is desirable; the ability to work collaboratively within and across different IT and business teams to design and implement solutions with global impact
- Good knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 270xx, NIST, and ITIL
- Good knowledge of tools and trends in the market
- Experience with PRINCE2 / AGILE or similar project management frameworks
