With a high focus on information security, we are looking for a new Senior Security Specialist to join our Information Security team.
With a direct reference to Head of Information Security, you will become a part of Commercial & Legal Services, which focuses on governance, risk and compliance in Kamstrup. More specifically you will join our Information Security team. Together we are responsible for how information security is implemented across Kamstrup. As the solutions we offer deeply affects how our business is operated we consider pragmatic caution a virtue and put great value on sparring.
A job with focus on information security on a global scale
In the position as Senior Security Specialist your primary role will be to develop and ensure security across different functions in Kamstrup ensuring guidance and helping within Information Security. Kamstrup is currently globalizing so it is important that you can act as our key driver in identifying risks and participate in solutions and advisory with both a domestic and international approach.
More specifically your tasks will be to:
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious and competent Senior Security Specialist with a pioneering attitude who can exhibit independent initiative when developing solutions for the future. There are many entry points to this position, as your educational background is not crucial. However, we expect you to have minimum of 5 years of experience form a similar role where you have worked as a Security Specialist, Security Consultant or similar.
In addition it is a requirement that you:
Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have knowledge of CMMI, CIS18, and common technical terms.
As a person you thrive in a busy environment with many ongoing activities why you master the art of coordination. You possess a great drive and you want to make a different why you are not afraid to challenge status quo. As you will have a large contact surface within the organization, it is important that you are able to communicate on all levels of the organization.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English – both in writing and speech. Danish will be an advantage.

More specifically your tasks will be to:
- Conduct risk assessment on critical systems and processes
- Advice in determine risks and develop processes in ISO 27001/02 and IEC 62443
- Conduct normal assessment and guide in setup mitigation factors to help the colleagues in our R&D departments and other relevant areas.
- Be responsible for processes around SDLC, secure coding and follow up on through controls and risk assessments
- Educate in relevant standards for developers

- Have experience with Information Security on an enterprise scale and within a global setting
- Have a professional background that underline your understanding of information security and highlights your achieved results within information security and protection
- Have knowledge and experience with ISO 27001/02, IEC 62443 and other relevant standards
- Upholds one or more of these certificates: CSSLP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or other relevant certifications
