At NNIT we are investing in and evolving our Cybersecurity business. To help support us on this journey, we are specifically looking for an experienced and skilled Program Lead, capable of engaging, managing and taking leadership of a range of both internal and external project activities.
A large part of the responsibilities will include participation in everything from supporting our internal and customer fronting governance, our service development, service transition, partner management and overall day to day operational setup.
Your responsibilities as a Cybersecurity Operations Program Lead
As a program lead with focus on our Cybersecurity Operations, you will continually interact with all parts of our growing organization, supporting our efforts to implement our new strategy and in general to help mature and scale the business and our capabilities. Your role will be diverse, so you must be able to adapt to the scale of both small and large tasks.
To support our growth journey, you will also actively participate in and contribute to our various documentation and process development requirements. This involves engaging with all relevant parts of the NNIT organization, including working with security compliance and security best practices.
In this role you will quickly become the focal point around which we prioritize all our many internal and customer facing projects. As such, we are looking for someone that can help strengthen and continually develop our governance.
Your qualifications and experience
Most likely you have a higher education and several years of experience in managing large and small projects preferably in an international environment.
You excel in the project management area and have built a sound and strong personal capability working with many different types of project activities over the years.
You are used to working independently, structured and navigating in complex deliveries comes naturally to you. You are comfortable in taking ownership with a large positive drive while securing project results through personal leadership in close cooperation with other peers and project members.
As a person, you possess the necessary empathy that gets your teams to perform their outmost. At the same time you are capable of cutting through in challenging situations.
Your experience and communication skills enable you to handle your senior management stakeholders and influence central decision makers internally as well as with the customers.
You may have supplemented your experience with formal certifications, such as Prince2, PMP or similar.
It is a requirement that you are capable of delivering project management in both Danish and English.
