As a network specialist in the Network Security Operations department you work together with your colleagues from Network Operations Core, and Network Operations Customer to Solve Incidents, implement Changes, and Service request in respect to existing network and security solutions on all our customers
You work with a wide variety of network technologies and your responsibilities include:
You shall be willing to help out your collages on other technologies as you will be a part of a Network operations department consisting of Core, LAN and security
As an experienced network security specialist you help keeping us at the forefront of knowledge about the technological developments in the security networking area and together with your colleagues, you contribute actively in the development, optimization, automation, quality assurance, documentation and operation of our network solutions.
You will support both customer networks and internal systems, and you will help refine NNIT network operations by trimming and optimizing our existing services to both our internal and external customers.
We expect that you have a minimum of 3 years proven hands-on experience with security Network solutions such as Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, Palo Alto, VPN, Multifactor authentication systems. and have had some Firepower experience. You understand customers’ needs, and you are willing to give them the best service. You take active steps to identify and resolve security issues, and to continually improve our deliveries.

Qualifications

You must be conscientious to our customers and a good team player for your colleagues.
We are organized according to ITIL, so you must be prepared to work in a process-structured company with clear requirements for documentation, approval and implementation of changes etc. in large shared environments.
You should expect a minor degree of weekend work.
Work outside normal office hours (Night duty every 4- 8 weeks).
You are fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken.

- You are passionate about Security and Operations in general
- You love working across multiple technologies in the network arear
- Experience with Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, ISE/ACS, SMS passcode, RSA, Meraki,

- You have worked with the operation of larger networks for a minimum of 3 years and have a proven record in Security technologies within Cisco networks. You have knowledge of Cisco ACS and ISE technologies, and have worked with/ implemented and operated Cisco ASA, VPN, SMS passcode, Firepower or similar technologies.
- You have experience with Cisco networking products in either routing or security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.). Certifications in the field are an advantage.
