About the Job

You will be part of the Customer Transition department - Implementation and will be responsible for:
• Successful transition of new and existent customers to IT Relation service platform
• You will be an active part of planning and coordinating of resources to make certain that services are effectively transitioned into service operation
• You will be taking responsibility for the alignment of IT with the wider business and embedding quality in all systems, processes, and documentation
• You will establish a stable and trustworthy environment with both customer, team, and colleagues, through direct and indirect dialog

Particular responsibilities of this job are:

• Transition, migration and implementation of customers services within project scope
• Act as technical lead in projects and attend on agreed meetings once you gain the necessary seniority
• Follow our procedure, instructions, guidelines and service when delivering a solution
• Secure a stable work environment, for both customer and colleagues
• Seek solutions and be resourceful in delivering demanding tasks
• Document and review customer's services
• Create and review process and guides
• Attend internal development interview with manager and department meetings
• Keep up to date on new technologies and personal development
• Deliver high integrity and with our ‘Close to customers” attitude.

What do you bring?

• Ideally you have 3-5 years of previous experience in working with transition and migration of Microsoft systems
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent personal knowledge, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience and understanding of basic infrastructure like DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, Windows server etc.
• Knowledge about Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Commercial / Business mindsets for efficiency and success
• Responsible and structured work ethic
• Relevant Microsoft Certification already required or ready to obtain
