Then the job as IT Support Specialist might be relevant for you!

We are expanding and so is our office in Prague. That's why we need more IT problem solvers, in Prague, who want to help make a difference for our customers. We offer a relocation package which include accommodation for the first 2 weeks, relocation bonus that you will receive together with your first salary, internal support regarding the CZ tax system. We will help you with processing your work permits with fully covering the cost of your visa application process.

Your task within IT is many and you will work with all aspects of IT. It is therefore important that you are passionate about good customer service and can find the right solutions to our customers' IT challenges. Your main task will be to provide technical support to international customers and act as single point of contact for incoming incidents and service requests ranging from Windows issues and network printers to application support and user administration. You will be challenged and gain a lot of new learning, as well as insight into every technology imaginable - old as well as new IT technologies.

At the office in Prague, you will be part of a strong international growing company with 80 colleagues with variating nationalities. In our Customer Support Team, you have 10 colleagues in Prague, 8 in Aarhus and the entire IT Support family includes 120 colleagues across all our locations in Denmark and Prague. You therefor have a strong network of colleagues to assist you within Customer Support and in more specialized technical departments across the company. The team have fun while working hard - together they service thousands of customers and their individual IT solutions

What do you bring with you?

  • Experience in a similar position or sufficient IT education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
  • Knowledge and general interest in Windows 7, 10
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to continuously learn about IT technologies
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong analytical skills to identify root cause of the issue
  • Ready to take responsibility for critical tasks
  • Ability to collaborate in virtual team

It is your advantage if you have

  • Experience and general knowledge of Active Directory (User Administration)
  • Previous experience with Application Support
  • Previous experience with Network
  • Previous experience working with ITSM/CRM tool
  • Additional language skills

  • 1st interview is conducted by the hiring manager who will introduce the company, the team and discuss your experience relevant to the role and your expectations
  • Prior to the 2nd interview, you will be asked to complete an Insight Discovery questionnaire which covers your personal profile
  • In 2nd interview (final interview) we will discuss the results of the Insight Discovery questionnaire
