Junior IT Support Specialist with Danish (relocation package offered)

What will be your responsibilities?

• To provide costumer support via pohone, chat and mail
• Delivering technical support to international customers in modern IT environment
• Acting as single point of contact for incoming incidents and service requests ranging from Windows issues and network printers to application support and user administration

What do you bring with you?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish (B2)
• General interest in working with IT based customer support
• Good at problem solving
• Willingness and interest to continuously learn about IT technologies
• Interest to collaborate in virtual teams
• Good team playing skills
• Ability and willingness to provide great service

It is your advantage if you have

• Previous experience within IT support
• Previous experience with costumer service
• Previous experience working on a global multicultural platform
• Previous experience working with phone support
• Additional language skills
• Curiosity and passion for what you do
