As our Onsite IT Support, you will be responsible for supporting our local Prague business by maintaining its technologies and workspace. Do you have a good experience of hardware and software installations? Do you speak fluent English and Czech? Then we may be looking for you! Troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking will be the key factors for your success. We will appreciate and support your willingness to learn and develop not only by participation on projects of group IT team.

What will be your responsibilities?
- Install, configure and maintain end user hardware (notebooks, printers and other devices)
- Manage mobile devices
- Manage local hardware purchases with vendors & Business IT in Denmark
- Collaborate with user account management team
- Support local LAN network in conjunction with the Network and Client Management team
- Maintain asset inventory system
- You will be responsible for local Hardware lifecycle management and keeping within hardware budget set by local Finance department
- Support the requirements for our flexible seating policy
- Troubleshoot and Advisory role for local end users
- Provide technical support or training for local end users
- Support and assist with maintaining media systems and upkeep of meeting rooms
- Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
- Continuously improve and streamline services in-scope
- Ability to move and distribute hardware (essential)
- Participate in IT transition projects/ deployment of software/hardware in itm8 group & group brands
What do you bring with you?
- Good experience of hardware and software installations (Microsoft OS /365 suite) is a must
- General Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN and WIFI configuration
- Experience with Mobile device management (iOS / Android)
- Fluent English and Czech are a must (both spoken and written)
- Powershell scripting would be your advantage, but it is definitely not a must
- Good troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently
- You will also use your project management skills, as you will be participating in some project work
