The purpose of the position as our IT supporter is to provide 1st level support for our internal users in the HQ Denmark and our offices abroad.

Primary task
We are looking for a qualified new colleague to our team in Support & Operations, where we have the overall responsibility of providing IT service to our users in the organization.
As one of our IT supporters you will have various stakeholders in both Denmark and abroad, so it is important that you are outgoing and can commit you in English. We are looking for someone with a drive and someone who is motivated by the fast pace that we have in the organization.

General expectations of competences and experience
It would be a distinct advantage if you have knowledge of ITIL Foundation, Sharepoint 2016 (On Prem), Sharepoint Online and Flexfone. If you are familiar with Autopilot and Powershell it will also be an advantage but not required.
Nevertheless, what matters most is your personality and fit with the Obton Culture. Therefore you might only be able to "tick" one of the above and still be just the new colleague we are looking for!

- 1st level support from tickets, phone and walk-ins
- Windows 10 and 11 support and IOS for mobile devices
- Modern workplace - Microsoft 365
- Preparation and installation of PCs and mobile devices from Apple
- User Management - Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Order hardware from vendors and keep inventory up to date with demand
- Onboarding and offboarding of users

General expectations of competences and experience
- A few years of experience as an IT supporter is a plus but not a must. Are you newly graduated you could also be the perfect match to this position
- Danish and English in written and spoken
- You are outgoing and emphatic
- Knowledge of Azure
