ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Supporter with great customer service skills to join a global IT team. This is a new position, so there is the opportunity to make the position your own and expand your role.
You will be working from our office in Aalborg, supporting Liftra’s global offices.
YOUR PRIMARY TASKS:
• IT Support via Liftra’s global helpdesk
• Prepare and maintain PC´s and other related equipment as well as purchase
hardware and coordinate with suppliers
• Documentation in English
• Basic network maintenance
• Participate in a global Windows 11 rollout
ABOUT YOU
You have a relevant IT education and 3 years documented experience in a similar role. You are structured, able to prioritize tasks, detailed oriented and will take initiative and responsibility.
• Have experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Android/IOS devices and printers
• Have knowledge about Active Directory as well as domain and network interaction
• You are fluent in Danish and English, Polish and Spanish is a plus
• You are a team player
• Driving license
