At Adversus, we're looking for an addition to our Revenue Department to give our customers excellent support from 08:00 to 17:00. So if you’re a person with a natural flair for customer support and software, you might be the person we're looking for!
Next-gen call center software provider
Since 2016, Adversus has strived to be a market leader in a competitive field that requires high availability and high uptime across continents. Adversus has experienced exponential growth in the last years both in the demand of our product and the company itself. Today, we are a total of 30 co-workers, with 20 of us located at our headquarters in Aarhus, where everything from developing our solution to support and marketing is carefully catered to customers worldwide.
Our solution is an all-in-one call center platform that supports our customers' needs for an effective, structured, and data-driven daily routine. Adversus is a cloud-based SaaS platform on which we continually focus on optimizations, automation, and further feature implementation. It ensures that both our software and team are working as effectively as possible.
Your role at Adversus
As our new Customer Support, you will be responsible for giving our customers and users the best possible experience with our system. You will provide support to a broad segment of customers, mainly focusing on the use of Adversus and the clients' internal processes. A good business understanding is therefore essential.
You will be working closely together with our Customer Success Managers to ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible support through their customer journey.
Therefore, your role is essential for helping clients experience success when using Adversus - from the onboarding process to continuous customization and implementation of new features.
If you're ever in need of a helping hand with more complex matters (you know, technical stuff), fear not! Our experienced and capable developers are always ready to give a helping hand. But with that being said, it is beneficial that you have a general understanding of IT systems and previous experience working with, e.g., CRM.
You will have the opportunity to evolve both personally and professionally by continuously taking more responsibility for the overall goals and business processes. That is why we would like you to have a curious approach to learning new things - and not be afraid to take responsibility.
You will provide support to our customers from 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.

- Support on phone, chat and email
- Onboarding & follow-up sessions
- Creating support articles and other relevant content
- Help keeping our Knowledge Base (support articles) updated
- Support partners
You must be
- Good at communicating in both writing and speaking
- Fluent in English
- Outgoing and thrive in a social work environment
- Service-minded and focus on solutions instead of limitations
- Proactive and great at working independently
