Are you interested in IT, and are you eager to learn more about and educate yourself within the field? MHI Vestas is currently looking for a trainee to support the IT department for an apprenticeship of 2,5 years. During the apprenticeship, you will of course follow the education and guidelines as set out by your educational institution.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be part of the IT department and will collaborate closely with the colleagues within this department, as well as with co-workers from other departments of the organisation. You will be participating in the frontline support setup, in which you will provide end user support and help solve IT tickets made by employees. In addition, a large part of your job will consist of developing the IT user experience, making it as intuitive and user-friendly as possible.
You will also be responsible for:
Creating IT documentation Creating IT guides for end users Participating in maintaining all end user devices Supporting the SCADA team
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…must have great people and communication skills, as you will collaborate and communicate with many diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, about complex IT matters. To succeed in this position, you must also be enthusiastic and eager to learn about new IT technologies.
We expect that you:
Speak and write English fluently Have completed basic training OR has accomplished an average mark of E (02) in both Danish and Math in the final exams of Danish primary school (9th or 10th grade) or equivalent
