Welcome to Semco Maritime
You will be part of the international support team who are responsible for solving different projects across all Semco Maritime offices. Your tasks will primarily be:
- Onsite IT Support for the users in Esbjerg in corporation with IT Service
- Prepare IT equipment for users
- Making sure that the IT equipment in our meeting rooms are working smoothly
- Troubleshooting and setup IT equipment
Your background and competences
We have high expectations towards you and your competences. We will of course train and develop you continuously within the company as well as in the systems we work with.
The perfect candidate:
- Is in the process of completing an IT support education
- Is service minded and provides good and understandable support
- Naturally takes responsibility for their work
- Can work independently on tasks and complete them within deadlines
- Has strong communication skills in both Danish and English
- Has a driving license (an advantage, but not mandatory)
You will be working with Windows 10, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Citrix, CAD products, iPhones, and lots more.
