You will join our IT Support Services department

As our new IT Support Technician you will be part of our internal and international support organisation providing primarily 2nd line IT support to Ramboll’s internal customers worldwide through different contact channels. You would be working out of Ramboll’s office in Esbjerg. .

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Incident management and service request management
  • Respond and resolve cases within required time periods and ensure timely escalation when needed
  • Continuously provide excellent customer service by being friendly, efficient and informative. Being able to deliver exceptional IT support to stakeholders at all levels in a corporate environment.

  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification or similar level of ITIL knowledge
  • Microsoft certifications – Win10, Office 365, Azure or similar level of knowledge
  • CompTIA A+
  • Fluent in Danish as well as English, written and verbal.
  • Working experience in supporting conferences and video conferences (Cisco/Tandberg hardware)
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical incidents, whether that being related to hardware or software. Servicing colleagues on all levels, including senior management.
  • Experience working with digital document signing technologies such as NemID is a plus.

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: We are looking for an IT Support technician with support as specialty. You hold 3+ years of experience in IT support and understand that technical skills are crucial but not all a great supporter has. You have an interest towards customer service and understand the essentials of a great service experience. You are able to follow internal processes and timelines, but at the same time capable of being empathic and helpful and take ownership of the case. You have broad knowledge on standard IT technologies, tools and modules, and can provide support on standard devices such as pc’s, tablets, phones and other devices and provide technical and functional support on Ramboll standard applications and software. The IT Support technician we are looking for must be flexible regarding office hours, due to event support. Applicants must be eligible in working in Denmark.
