For Global IT in DSV Panalpina A/S we are looking for a strong candidate to act as right-hand for the Group CIO and drive high profile projects and the IT strategy across our global IT organisation.
Areas of responsibility
You will act as an efficient and reliable partner and stand-in for the group CIO driving strategically important projects, the IT strategy and cross organisational initiatives. You will play a central role in ensuring the continuous development of Global IT as an efficient and business-oriented organisation. You will be based at our HQ in Hedehusene.

Qualifications
You come with an extensive and deep knowledge of how to run an efficient and value-creating IT organisation. You may have gained this experience as CIO, deputy CIO or as Executive Assistant to CIO in a large IT organisation.
You excel at stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation and building relations comes natural to you. You are ambitious and combine hard work with an analytical and structured approach to reach your goals while gatekeeping policies and processes. You thrive in an ever-changing environment where you can put your strategic mindset and independent personality to work.

- Participate in meetings as deputy for Group CIO
- Develop and drive the IT strategy and strategic initiatives
- Structure and support the Global IT Executive meetings ensuring the right strategic and organisational focus and follow-up on action points
- Responsible for Global IT Site Management

- You have solid experience with Stakeholder management at C-level
- You have solid knowledge of the IT landscape so that you can contribute to and challenge solutions
- You have experience with implementing IT strategy and processes
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken
