We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Assistant to join our team and take charge of maintaining our information technology systems and networks. As an IT Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical and administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and efficiency of our computer and telecom systems.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in software, hardware, and networks, along with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be entrusted with providing end-user support and working collaboratively with colleagues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with users and teams.
Based in Copenhagen, you will be supporting our two school campuses located in the Hellerup and Østerbro areas.

- Install and configure software and hardware components, such as printers and network cards.
- Monitor system and network performance to identify and address potential issues.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration when necessary.
- Conduct regular maintenance activities, including backups and upgrades, to uphold system functionality.
- Manage licenses and upgrade schedules to maintain compliance and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other professionals to uphold IT standards and ensure seamless functionality across the organization.
- Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies and executing campaigns.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR regulations to protect user data and privacy.
