Word class user-support
As an IT Supporter you are responsible for delivering World class user-support. Your main focus will be to provide on-site support to our offices in Herning and Ølgod. You will be part of a support team with both Danish and international colleagues who are carrying out tasks across all our offices and stores. The main 1 level support is handled by an external partner in cooperation with the local Support Team – but you will be working closely with this in relation to the Shift Left principle.
Key responsibilities include:
In cooperation with the IT Servicedesk, you are responsible for user support, solving service-desk requests and the procurement of user’s equipment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• ITIL process handling and participation, including; Access management, Incident- and Problem management, Service request and Catalogue management including fulfilment, asset and inventory management.
• License and user management
• PowerShell scripting and understanding.
• End-user device handling via InTune.
• On-site support in cooperation with the IT Service Desk which is handled by an external partner.
• Driving and participating in minor project and other topics in relation to IT Operations
• You are articulated in written and spoken English and Danish.
We are looking for people with DRIVE!
You are a problem solver with a good understanding of how things work. You have good communication skills and easily interact with users.
You are certified in ITIL 3 as a minimum and have a good knowledge about ServiceNow.
You have an education background as an IT Supporter or similar experience or education. You are customer-minded, outgoing and thrive under pressure and collaborate well with all stakeholders. It comes naturally to you to take responsibility, to work independently with your tasks and to complete them on time.
