Global IT at ALK is a global organisation of approximately 140 employees with three main hubs in Hørsholm, Madrid and Krakow and IT staff on our production sites and regional sales hubs in Germany, France, and North America. Today, ALK has most IT competencies in-house, and you will have qualified colleagues across the globe.
The position
You will join a group of IT professionals and enthusiasts who act as technical IT Support. We handle all kinds of issues with computer, mobile, other device, and IT systems for all ALK users globally while delivering on-site support to our colleagues locally in Hørsholm, Denmark.

Your field of responsibility will be:
- Global End User support with a focus on Europe
- Issue handling and escalation according to service level agreements
- Provide IT service, guides, and "one to one" and "one to many" IT training
- Support of current, new, and future end-user IT devices and applications
- Installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems
- Software installation, printer configuration, video conference setup, etc.
- User administration
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a team member who enjoys solving IT issues and fulfilling our colleagues’ requests.
We image that you bring:
- A general good knowledge of IT platforms
- A technical, logical thought process
- Experience in hardware and software installations
- Experience in user administration in a Windows environment
- Experience in use of MS Windows and Office365 environment
- Good knowledge of IT support processes (best practice)
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate
- Ability to travel internationally
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English is a prerequisite

- Digitalization of existing and new critical infrastructure processes across Global IT
