We are looking for an experienced new colleague to join our Global Technical Support (GTS) team, part of our International Business Operations function. GTS is the main contact for our customers with regards to technical questions concerning our products. The team is also heavily involved in many different projects across functions and launches. On a daily basis, the team cooperates closely with the regional sales team as well as internal departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Customer Service, etc.
You will be a part of a committed and global team of seven employees. They are respectively located in Shanghai, Zagreb, Budapest and Hyderabad, and three are located in Copenhagen. One of the positions in Copenhagen being this one.
Job and responsibilities
As a specialist in the GTS department, you will be responsible for assigned customers and drive relevant customer operational activities and tasks internally with key stakeholders. The job and responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure a timely and correct response to technical inquiries received from customers
- Be the go-to person for any technical inquiries from your customers. Coordinate customers’ requests across the organization
- Coordinate and be the main responsible for the communication flow in the establishment of CDA’s with customers and sharing of technical information as applicable
- Ensure proper review and coordinate process of establishing TA/QA agreement with customers
- Support QA group in handling customer complaints
- Maintain updated customer requirement list, coordinate meeting with other stakeholders, follow up on agreed actions and update relevant SOP
- Support QA group in preparing, hosting, and responding to customer audits on Xellia site and/or at CMO
- Support Business Operations and Sales team with requests for ad hoc projects
- Support Launch team in new product launches
- Develop technical information on new and existing products
- Support Sales Managers on customer visits and attend relevant exhibitions to maintain relationship with existing customers and build relationship with new customers
Your profile and competencies
Your educational background is a Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical, Biotechnology or another relevant scientific branch. You have a minimum of three years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry from a similar position, and/or you have experience with projects coordination, stakeholder management, customer interaction, API or finished dosage form manufacturing, quality assurance/quality control, etc.
To be successful in this position:
- You have excellent communication skills and are great at stakeholder and expectation management
- You are comfortable in giving presentations at both internal and external meetings
- You are driven and a great facilitator in projects, processes and communication across functions and with customers
- You are organized, structured and able to work independently
- Our international demands require that you are fluent in English (oral and written) and any other language will be a plus
