IT Service Desk Specialist - Global IT at Demant
If you have solid experience as an IT Service Desk Specialist or IT Support Consultant, you now have the opportunity to join Global IT at Demant. We work with the latest technologies rolling out some of the most exiting IT projects to date and we need YOU to join us on our journey.

Support our business area of Personal Communication for business professionals & gamers
As an IT Service Desk Specialist you will be part of a team, which provides IT support and services to end-users mostly in Denmark, but also remote support to additional countries in the EMEA region.
The team ensures any daily inquiry coming through, following up and responds, before the relevant requests are escalated to next support level. The team also cooperate with the local IT administrators in the EMEA region countries.
Your working place will be at the EPOS HQ in Ballerup, Denmark. EPOS is part of Demant and delivers premium audio and video solutions for business professionals and gamers. You will be part of a team of two other IT colleagues and together you will support the EPOS business.
To sum up, you can look forward to the following responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks such as user administration, grant access to server resources
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of new and existing pc’s in the organisation
- Make sure that our own developed AV equipment is always functioning, and coordinate with supplier when necessary (we will teach you)
- Purchasing and coordination management (H/W & S/W)
- Provide IT introduction and guidelines to the business
- Participate in IT Infrastructure projects, when needed
- Direct and remote support for wholesale companies
- Cisco, MS Teams, Videoconferencing and mobile devices
- Troubleshooting on local printers at EPOS
Your profile
You most likely have an education in an IT related field, and at least some years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international context.
Furthermore, you have a strong business understanding, technical and application insight as well as a troubleshoot approach. On top, you have experience in interaction and providing support to end users, experience in training of end- users, and experience with Cisco and MS Teams.
As a person, you are proactive, structured, and good at following up and coordinating. Furthermore, you are service-minded and open to change, while applying a positive approach. You possess good communication skills and finally, you find it easy to understand business needs and establish strong relationship to business stakeholders.
