About the Department
This position is located in Novo Nordisk Biopharm Finished production in Måløv. We produce, assemble and pack all Novo Nordisk’s products for the global market in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). More specifically, this position is part of the HRT Bulk Process Support team where you will work alongside 7 dedicated process supporters, to ensure the stability of our bulk production. You will be part of a team where we prioritize time to be social with each other and have a great atmosphere.
The job
In this role, you will support our tablet production to ensure that production is stable and efficient. This include being present in the production, systematic problem solving, deviation handling, and a responsibility to ensure ongoing update of instructions and procedures, so they fulfil current GMP requirements and follow manufacturing procedures.
Right now, we are on an exciting productivity journey to ensure that we can supply our patients with high quality products at a low cost, meanwhile ensuring continued compliance with regulatory requirements. This means that it will also be part of your responsibility to be innovative and challenge the way we do things to improve them.
Two workdays are never the same, and you will be handling many concurrent tasks. Therefore, it is important that you are good at prioritizing what is most important meanwhile maintaining focus on quality.
Qualifications
You have, a master’s degree within natural sciences such as cand.pharm., cand. scient, engineering or similar, and you have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Perhaps you are newly graduated and have familiarized yourself with the pharmaceutical industry in a relevant student job or internship. If you have previously worked with tablet production, LEAN methodologies or GMP it will be an advantage. Finally, it is a prerequisite that you are professionally/academically proficient in written and oral Danish and English
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the business is a large part of our work. Therefore, it is important that you thrive working in a dynamic environment were priorities often change. As a person, you work independently, and you are able to make fast decisions not compromising quality or innovative thinking. It is required that you are outgoing and have good interpersonal and communication skills as you will be working with several stakeholders and professions. To be successful in the position, you must have an interest in handling problems at the production lines and be able to adapt to new systems.
