A position that will drive your development further
As part of Group IT within COWI's Business Partner organization, you’ll join a creative team driving global IT solutions that fuel innovation across COWI’s projects. With around 125 skilled IT specialists spread across 11 countries—primarily in Scandinavia and Lithuania—you’ll work alongside great international experts and collaborate closely with a diverse, global team. Our open and informal culture encourages professional growth, where collaboration, idea-sharing, and mutual support are essential. We offer an engaging and varied two-year apprenticeship, focusing on personal commitment, responsibility, and independence. You'll alternate between hands-on experience with us and mandatory school sessions. You'll be employed as an IT Supporter under the apprenticeship regulations, with salary and terms aligned with the industry’s salaried employees' agreement.

Your daily work will consist of:
- Telephone and personal support for our colleagues
- Hardware and software setup
- Troubleshooting and remediation on both hardware and software
- Printers, Networking & Maintenance
- Follow-up and documentation
- Miscellaneous office work, including parcel dispatch and cleanup.

- Have passed basic course 2 (Grundforløb 2) of the IT Supporter education
- Have solid Danish and English skills, both written and oral
- Have a deep understanding of IT
- Are curious and welcoming in your attitude with a progressive approach.
