The support team is a central part of the Marketplace department, and you will work closely with our experienced Marketplace support manager, in supporting our Marketplace operation of 500+ employees selling more than 10.000 vehicles per month.

Autorola Marketplace specialize in online car auctions and tailored solutions for fleet owners, ensuring top-notch remarketing for OEMs, leasing companies, large dealer groups, and banks, while providing a valuable sourcing tool for used car dealers.

As our new system supporter, your main responsibilities will include:
- 2nd level support of incoming calls and tickets for the Marketplace administration and front-end systems.
- Analysis, description, and handover of more demanding cases to 3rd level support/development.
- Supporting the development of support processes and manuals.
- Data extraction, statistics, and reporting.
- Expanding and developing our internal documentation.
Your qualifications
To excel in the system supporter role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- System Support: Proven track record in providing system support.
- IT Systems and Data: Strong aptitude for IT systems and data management.
- English Proficiency: High professional level of spoken and written English.
- Analytical Skills: Good ability to interpret and resolve issue descriptions.
- Problem-Solver: Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Customer Focus: Service-minded and customer-oriented attitude.
- Global Navigator: Comfortable working across different time zones, cultures, and languages.
