We are searching for an engaged and service minded IT Supporter at our Rødbyhavn facility.

We are looking for a passionate IT Supporter, who will take part in providing the very best and efficient IT platform and deliver high service to our users, making sure we continue to provide agile, stable and modern IT solutions.
You will provide high level engaged End user support assisting our users with all their technical needs and challenges. You will be part of IT Department and a team of skilled employees in Copenhagen and Rødbyhavn.

You will provide high level engaged End user support assisting our users with all their technical needs and challenges. You will be part of IT Department and a team of skilled employees in Copenhagen and Rødbyhavn.
Main tasks will consist of:
- User support
- Installing and managing Windows 10 clients and software
- Operation of Users, groups and settings in Active Directory and O365
- Occasional maintenance of Network; firewall’s, switches and wifi
- Maintenance of Windows 10 clients and Windows Servers
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field
- Expertise in Microsoft technology and platform – users administration, network, terminal server, SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and suggest solutions
- Demonstrated ability to create an environment of cooperation, teamwork, and motivation through problem-solving and negotiations
