In System Operations, we are therefore looking for a 1st Level Technical Supporter, who will have direct contact with customers and deliver the best possible solutions in collaboration with them.
With direct reference to Team Lead, 1st Level Support, you will become a part of a team which focuses on giving our customers the best service. We work continuously towards improving our competences and processes in order to ensure high efficiency on our deliveries. Besides the external customer interaction, the team also has a broad contact surface within the organisation. As a 1st Level Technical Supporter, you will become a part of a team consisting of 6 supporters who provide support on a wide range of Kamstrup’s products, including meters and other hardware, as well as system solutions for our customers in and outside of Denmark. The team consists of diverse profiles within mechanical engineering, system technicians, and IT-supporters, and sparring and knowledge sharing is therefore crucial in our team.
A job with focus on service and complete solutions
As a 1st Level Technical Supporter, your primary tasks will be to provide service and support to our customers on the phone and through our online service management system, ServiceNow. In the role of 1st Level Technical Supporter, you will be the first point of contact with the customer. Through dialogue with the customer, you will be responsible for providing them with the best solution for their problem, either from your own knowledge of Kamstrup’s products and solutions, or by seeking support from more specialised colleagues.
More specifically, your primary work tasks will include:
Personality matters
The job includes support on a broad range of areas within both hardware and system solutions, and you therefore have a professional background as a marine engineer, IT-supporter or similar, where you have accumulated good IT competences and experience with customer contact. You are furthermore also used to creating solutions for customers.
As a person, you work independently and you have a high drive. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many different tasks, and you are a fast learner. You naturally assume responsibility while also being a team player who appreciates sparring with your colleagues and ensures that you succeed as a team. You furthermore welcome challenges, and you pride yourself on delivering top quality solutions – even on more routine deliveries and tasks. You are also a good communicator with a contagious energy which makes customers value their contact with you.
It is a requirement that you master English and Danish – both written and oral. Knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, or German will furthermore be seen as an advantage.
