IT Service desk Student Assistant - Global IT at Demant

For our department of Infrastructure & Operations, we are looking for a student assistant that can help us 10-16 hours per week with administrative task such as tele subscriptions and software license management.

Tasks like:

  • Creation and termination of company mobile subscription via the Tele supplier’s website.
  • Invoice handling
  • Ordering software license for specific software
  • Pull reports when software licenses need to be renewed
  • Payback proces
  • Being part of supporting employees in questions related to software licenses

You will be involved in building up a structure and define new processes for handling software license and mobile subscriptions.

You will join the Infrastructure & Operations organization which is a part of Demant Global IT. You’ll be working with, and learning from, highly competent IT supporters within IT Infrastructure and support. We are dedicated to continuously improving our IT Support and services towards the business. We believe in an open and honest dialogue and are committed to learn from our mistakes. We always have focus on service improvement and continuously look for ways to improve our way of working aligned with the Business needs.

Who are you?
You’re most likely already familiar with IT and support to customers. You have good communication skills and like to have dialogues with people. Ideally, you are a bachelor or master's student in computer science or similar with at least one year of your studies ahead.

People around you would probably describe you as:

  • Structured
  • Detail-oriented and curious
  • Self-driven and eager to learn


We will teach you about infrastructure and help you develop, but it would be an advantage if you are familiar with:

  • Active Directory
  • MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • SharePoint

Furthermore,

  • You have a good understanding of IT components
  • You have an interest in IT and applications
  • You speak and write English fluently
