IT Supporter - with ambition to grow

Your new proving ground
From our headquarters in Søborg, you will join our IT department as IT Supporter. We handle a wide range of tasks crucial to the operations of Ferrosan; facilitating IT tools for production, finance, HR, distribution, etc., enabling them to run smoothly. We are a small team of dedicated specialists, and you will have a lot of experience to draw from as you get settled into our team.
Your role
Your primary responsibility in collaboration with the team's employees is to support colleagues on IT, telephony as well as maintaining and optimizing the daily operation of IT equipment and infrastructure. You will participate in projects related to changes and optimizations of existing equipment as well as implementation of new equipment across the site.
You will communicate and collaborate closely with the key stakeholders including follow-up on vendor deliverables and services according to agreements. In addition, you will be involved in troubleshooting and support as well as preparation and updating of documentation on relevant equipment.
On a daily basis you will be involved in ensuring optimal operation of our facilities. Your daily work will consist of coordination, operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure across production, laboratories, and administration to ensure that we always produce and operate in compliance. You will be involved in supporting IT projects to ensure quality requirements are met.
About you
You have the drive and the ability to soak up new knowledge, and you are not afraid to test your knowledge on brand new technologies. You can take unpolished work and return it working according to the standards with a smile on your face. You have a natural interest for IT, and you can apply your technical knowledge and explain it patiently to non-technical end-users.

New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production, and ready to be marked globally. We manage the business with an uncompromising focus on quality based on current GMP requirements.

- You are service minded and positive by nature
- You have the capacity to learn and adapt quickly
- You are solution-oriented and like to communicate IT across different stakeholder groups
- You may have a professional IT education as IT Supporter, or a similar technical background.
- Technical flair and preferably experience with IT compliance and IT management in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with IT infrastructure in a Microsoft based environment, such as Windows Servers and Active Directory. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Office 365. It is also considered an advantage if you have experience working under GMP regulations, with the corresponding understanding of the need for documentation.
- Power BI and Microsoft Suites will be an advantage
