Your new team
The support team you are going to technically manage is a young and innovative team consisting of five people and a student assistant. You will also have a close cooperation with the rest of the IT department. As the rest of European Energy the IT department is also growing rapidly, and have a lot of exciting and challenging tasks in front of them. The atmosphere in the department is positive and unpretentious.
Your new role
As our new IT Supporter and Team lead you are excited about ensuring good service and user experience in our IT ServiceDesk together with your team. As our new Team Lead you are a skilled communicator who manages to convey technical knowledge in an understandable way and inspire good solutions. You are an outgoing and committed Team Lead who focuses on creating the best solutions for the company.

Your new role
As our new IT Supporter and Team lead you are excited about ensuring good service and user experience in our IT ServiceDesk together with your team. As our new Team Lead you are a skilled communicator who manages to convey technical knowledge in an understandable way and inspire good solutions. You are an outgoing and committed Team Lead who focuses on creating the best solutions for the company.
A typical day for you
- You are responsible for on-site support for colleagues at the HQ office in Søborg.
- You are responsible for the remote IT support for colleagues from all over the organization in and outside Denmark.
- Preparation and installation of hardware, including computers, phones, printers etc.
- Be on top of the Asset Management process and IT support KPI reporting.
- User administration and right management in eg. Microsoft AD, AAD as well as O365 and a number of other IT solutions.
- Ticket handling in the ITSM system TopDesk.
- You participate in testing and implementation of new systems and services and participate in IT projects with IT and Line of Business Colleagues
- Procurement and invoice management.
- Create user guides and documentation for the company and colleagues.
- Support Print & FollowMe solutions
- You control and own the supplier contracts for user equipment.
Prerequisites to succeed in the job
You have:
- 3-5 years of experience as IT Supporter and perhaps team lead experience.
- You are still curious to learn new things and acquire knowledge about new technologies and opportunities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 cloud, as well as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint etc.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and preferable and ITIL foundation certificate.
- Microsoft Azure AD experience
- AV and other meeting room equipment support, remote support via TeamViewer and support experience with Intune and Endpoint manager.
- You are proficient in English and Danish.
- You have experience with supplier management.
