The plant in Tønder, is changing from being a part of the Benteler group, to an independent company. In this transition, the factory is looking to strengthen its setup and internal competences.
The Job
You will in cooperation with the IT Manager, be the backbone of the IT infrastructure on the site. The factory has 170 employees and around 75 licensed users. Your main responsibility as the IT supporter is, to make sure that the everyday first level support is handled timely. Other than that, you will have a wide range of different tasks as;

The Job

Your main responsibility as the IT supporter is, to make sure that the everyday first level support is handled timely. Other than that, you will have a wide range of different tasks as;
- Provide 1st level support for end users concerning problems with hardware and software
- Lead the incident, problem and change and demand process
- Administrate, document and optimize local IT infrastructure services
- Manage local IT assets including the replacement of hardware and software
- Monitor local IT infrastructure services to prevent incidents and proactively reporting of possible risks
- Coordinate key-user trainings and advises key-user in case of problems
- Create IT documentation
- Make error analysis in the responsible IT systems
- Coordinate of internal and external service providers
- Assure quality & safety of IT platforms and infrastructures
- Manage local software licenses for users
The candidate
We are looking for an experienced IT supporter, who thrive in a dynamic setting. You enjoy having to deal with users and make their everyday a bit easier.
Other than that, it’s important that you like to be a part of different IT challenges and enjoy the flexibility in tasks.
Other that this you probably;
- Have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferable – in production companies
- Have a proven experience working with IT infrastructure (e.g. servers, backup, switches, computers, firewalls, external lines etc.) and the application landscape
- Have a proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 & Customer Service
- Knowledge in Document Management & Archiving, Data Privacy & Protectionrviceata Privacy
- Experience with LAN / WLAN infrastructure including Printing service, Handheld Scanners & Barcode Scan
- Skills in software distribution like Intune (Windows 10-Autopilot)Protection
- Have a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Have an advanced Danish and English, spoken and written, German will be an advantage,
- Have a good communication skills, customer-oriented and willing to help.
