Are you skilled in IT and would you like to deliver IT support in an international environment? Then apply for the role as IT supporter at Maersk Container Industry.
An opportunity to become part of an international IT department at our Tinglev site. The IT team today consists of 4 motivated employees, who are responsible for maintaining and upgrading IT systems and supporting end-users within Maersk Container Industry.
As IT Supporter you will work closely together with the HQ functions in Copenhagen and our entity in China.
Your main responsibility will be to support our colleagues onsite in Tinglev and to manage and solve incoming support tickets.
You will be handling user administration and access rights and provide support of software and devices including mobile and home internet connections.
As part of the role, you will also manage IT hardware Procurement tasks, including order and prepare hardware for new employees and replacements of hardware following our internal policy
You hold an IT education such as Data Technician, IT Supporter or similar and have 3+ years of experience.
You have knowledge and experience within IT and systems administra-tion in general and are experienced with Microsoft technology and products.
As a person you are structured with a sense for details. You are a team player and service-minded. You are able to communicate with colleagues at all organizational levels.
As you will be part of a global organization, it is a prerequisite that you are fluent in both written and verbal English.
