About the department

You will become a part of a team of 10 colleagues, consisting of both engineers, technicians and marine engineers.

Together, we are responsible for supporting and continuously improving our assembly and packaging lines to perform better tomorrow than we did yesterday. Our workday unfolds in an environment with strong team spirit and high pace, and our support to the production lines makes a huge difference. We help each other and work across the organisation to create the best possible results.

The position
Your most important responsibility, is to ensure that our assembly and packaging lines are performing at their best and deliver products of high quality. Developing and tracking of data is a big part of the job.

In close collaboration with operators, technicians, supporters, and Quality Assurance (QA), you will solve a broad range of tasks such as process improvements and project support.

When sudden challenges arise in our production, it will be your responsibility to ensure that action is taken to solve problems fast and efficiently.

Moreover, you will have responsibility for ensuring that everything runs in accordance with the regulatory requirements of a pharmaceutical production, so we can release our products for the patients who need it. Finally, participation in optimisations and standardisation projects will also be part of your new workday. Within a short span of time, you will have laid the foundation for being capable of taking responsibility for your own technical projects.

This is a 24-month maternity cover.

Qualifications

To qualify for the position, you must have a relevant education e.g. in mechanical engineering, marine engineering, or similar.

You may just have finished your studies, or you may already havesome experience in your field; your tasks will be planned according to your level of experience. If you are newly graduated, we imagine that you have had a student job, internship or the like, where you have had the chance to learn something about yourself in a work environment.

No matter which background you have, it is essential that you have technical flair, and a curious nature that enables you to understand our processes. As a person you are a bit of a problem solver, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where there are always more problems to solve and tasks to dive into. Since quality and precision is essential in Novo Nordisk, it is important that you have a strong quality mindset and like to work with written documentation.

We are eager to ensure that you will find it as easy as possible to succeed in the position, so together, we will prepare a thorough on-boarding plan that will allow you to properly get to know the people, places and processes you will be working with. In addition, you will receive adequate training and certifications as needed.

Fluency in Danish is mandatory and English a big plus, both verbally and in writing.
