Plecto is looking for ambitious customer service representatives to join our growing Customer Service & Success team in Aarhus, Denmark!

… An important part of our Customer Service and Success team, which in addition to you also includes skilled Customer Service Representatives and Customer Success Managers located in Denmark and Guatemala. We work closely with our colleagues in sales, product, finance and UX.

What we're looking for:
- Practical experience from a technical support role or customer service role is a plus
- Flair for IT
- Experience with Excel and different CRM systems is a plus
- Customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of empathy
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and open mind
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging manner
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Danish or any additional languages is a plus
What you'll do:
- Monitor customer service channels (email, phone and chat) for incoming requests
- Handle and solve support tickets, by investigating and gathering information from customers in an efficient manner to reduce disruption and resolution times
- Provide solutions to customer problems
- Provide timely and clear communication of updates to customers on the status of their support tickets
- Perform troubleshooting on Plecto’s features and related integrations
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Expert Service and CSM (Customer Success Management) to assist in ticket resolution
- Work effectively with team members in multiple time zones (Denmark and Guatemala)
- Update customer related information in our CRM system
- Assist with customer retention activities
