NNE’s Customer Service department provides support to Automation and Manufacturing IT solutions for pharma and biotech industries.
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to strengthen our Service Desk and on-site support for pharmaceutical customers. You will join a team of approx. 20-25 skilled and dedicated colleagues in our Customer Service department, providing support and engineering services to a wide range of customers, using the ITIL framework as basis for our work and procedures.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Within NNE Customer Service you will be part of the Service Delivery Team with 12 dedicated Service Engineers. As an IT Support Engineer, you will - together with the rest of the support team – translate business and process knowledge into 1st class customer support.

Experience with ITIL is preferred, but not a requirement.
Proficiency in Danish and English is required, both written and spoken.
You hold a driver’s license as you will be traveling between sites on Sjælland, DK.

Your main tasks:
- Support IT systems (POInT, NNE LMES, AIzon/BigFinite and AWS) in manufacturing environments
- Document gained knowledge (KCS)
- Develop new and improve existing processes
- Plan and coordinate your own tasks
- Provide high quality and best possible service to ensure Customer satisfaction

- Like to work with people with different cultural backgrounds, as NNE is an international organization working closely with our colleagues in India supporting our customers worldwide.
We value the right mind-set and a creative approach towards problem solving. Furthermore, we expect you to:
- Be an engineer, computer scientist or have a similar degree/experience
- Have more than 3 years of experience with relational databases, Oracle / SQL server DBA and PL/SQL
- Experience with MES systems is a plus
- Hold a strong technical insight and a sound curiosity for finding solutions to system issues at production sites
- Have analytic and systematic skills
- Pay attention to details, as accurate documentation is an essential part of working in the GXP environment
- Have experience as a support engineer or from a consultancy company
- Have flair and interest for IT support.
Experience with ITIL is preferred, but not a requirement.
