Power Solutions Industrialisation PLM Development
The PLM Development is globally responsible of developing Vestas capabilities across the value chain in relation to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Together with key stakeholders from business and Group IT we are setting the strategy and leading the business development in collaboration with the Business end-users.

The PLM Development is a global department with a staff of more than 15 dedicated specialists in application, Design tools, business transformation and data analytics, located in Denmark, Portugal and India. The department works across sales, product development, engineering, manufacturing and sourcing and our business improvement initiatives are therefore also supported by resources across the value chain as well as external application consultants.

In recent years Vestas has aligned its PLM platform and established a robust foundation for the business.

The key next step for Vestas is leveraging this platform to digitalise the value chain, i.e. building our Internet of Things (IoT) foundation. As specialist within digitalisation and part of the Industry 4.0 team, you will collaborate heavily with stakeholders across the value chain to develop and implement digital applications as Augmented Reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) etc. in different areas of the value chain, e.g. technical training, manufacturing, service and marketing.

Responsibilities
Reporting to Mark Jaxion (Senior Specialist, IoT & Industry 4.0), your main tasks will be to:

• Ensure execution of digitalisation strategy and medium-term digitalisation objectives with relevant stakeholders in the organisation
• Develop client roadmaps, program plans, business cases, and realisation strategies to implement upon defined strategies
• Gather business requirement and ensure translation into functional specification to secure full delivery of end user solutions
• Serve as lead contact and knowledge expert with assigned services. Act as an advisor to designated business stakeholders
• Summarise key program progress or project updates and present to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure strategic success of digital products by facilitating agile product development methods
• Lead cross-functional teams by establishing clear goals and priorities and driving a culture of innovation and bold thinking through rapid test and learn experimentation

You will collaborate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders to execute and deliver digital initiates to market. Furthermore, you will coordinate business development and marketing efforts with other individuals and departments as needed.

Qualifications
Preferably, you hold a Masters' degree within either Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, Management and Information Systems, Platform Management or similar relevant to the position. Besides your educational background we would like to see the following requirements met:

• At least 3-5 years experiences from an international industry environment
• Good foundation on overall product lifecycle management (PLM) or direct related disciplines combined with a detailed understanding of how product development impacts the full value chain in a company
• Strong Project Management skills
• A strong base on PLM, MES, ERP systems
• Foundation in business development, digitalisation, and business transformation
• Experience in data analytics and digitalisation solutions, preferable around PLM
• Knowledge around advanced IT methods & big data applications

Additional information
Primary work location will be in Aarhus N, Denmark, but as you will have colleagues at different locations you may expect some travel activity.
