Nordic Search Group er et søgefirma, der hjælper virksomheder med at finde de bedste kandidater til ledige stillinger. Firmaet blev grundlagt i Danmark i 2009, og det er i dag et af de førende søgefirmaer i Norden. Nordic Search Group har kontorer i København, Oslo, Stockholm og Helsinki. Firmaet blev grundlagt af Lars Andersen, der også er administrerende direktør. Lars Andersen har tidligere arbejdet som HR-chef i Novo Nordisk og som konsulent i PA Consulting Group.
Nordic Search Group er lokaliseret i Vedbæk på Frydenlundsvej. Her sidder gruppen og arbejder på at besætte poster rundt omkring i danske virksomheder. Det kan være, at en virksomhed har behov for rekruttering af specialister, bestyrelsesmedlemmer eller funktionsdirektører.
