Are you interested in a temporary position with focus on offshore wind energy? Would you like to work in a team of highly skilled attorneys where you can develop your legal competences?
We are looking for a new Legal Advisor for a maternity cover in our Legal & Risk department at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. You will primarily focus on our Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and Technology departments.
Tasks & responsibilities
Your areas of responsibility will develop as you increase your competencies.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Draft, negotiate and review complex commercial contracts related to our Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and Technology departments and provide legal advice to these departments Support with developing and maintaining contract templates Provide legal training and contract/risk awareness to the company’s Global Supply Chain department Support with disputes handling (excluding litigation) and settlements related to the above-mentioned contracts Be a valuable legal sparring partner for the beforementioned departments and have an overarching commercial focus to ensure proper risk mitigation and contractual coverage and quality
Skills & experience
We expect that you:
have a degree in Law (or other relevant legal degree) have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team with colleagues having different professional and cultural backgrounds have a strong commercial mindset and are interested in learning further about commercial and technical issues have worked in a legal department of a large corporation and/or in a law firm have good legal skills and are used to work on a high-quality level are highly structured and cooperative work with the ability to prioritise and focus on both quality and meeting deadlines
