Your new place of work
The HR department in Nilfisk is offering a position as a Student Assistant to join our office located in Brøndby. You will report to Head of Compensation & Benefits, Johan Lagrelius, and join a team with 9 colleagues, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partner and Head of HR.
The position is 15-20 hours per week, where we naturally are flexible during exam periods. The position is based in the HQ, Kornmarksvej 1, 2605 Brøndby, which is 2km from Albertslund st., and Glostrup st.

As our new student assistant, you will have a generalist role within law, where we will provide many interesting tasks for you in areas such as employment law, EU regulations and support in global policies.
Furthermore, your tasks include but are not limited to:
As this is not a new position, there will be tasks that you will have ownership of, however, we will also provide tasks that are within your area of interest, so there will be room to shape the role.

- Participation in various projects within employment law and administration of global policies
- Updating the employee handbook
- Create articles from HR regarding e.g., new Holiday Act
- Creating and proofreading employment contracts and resignations
- Become a superuser in our HR system Workday
As this is not a new position, there will be tasks that you will have ownership of, however, we will also provide tasks that are within your area of interest, so there will be room to shape the role.
Structured with an interest in employment law
As a person, we imagine that you are structured, as you will have several tasks at once, curious and can work independently. Furthermore, we imagine that:
- You are studying law in either Bachelor level or Master level
- You are efficient and you get things done within the deadline
- Proficient in English and Danish
