Welcome to Group Legal
In Group Legal, we are globally 50+ legal professionals, and at our headquarters in Hedehusene, you will become part of the team Corporate Legal, which manages all legal aspects of corporate governance, Group M&A activities, Data Privacy as well legal support with complex international contracts.
The team consists of 5 legal counsels, and our work is characterised by being truly international, fast paced, and with strong teamwork and enthusiasm.
Legal governance, compliance and international contracts
You will be the legal counsel focussed on corporate laws and corporate governance. You will handle complex legal issues when advising Group leadership, engaging in data privacy activities as well as reviewing and negotiating international contracts.

Specifically, you will be:
- Working with international corporate laws for the Danish listed parent company, global legal entity reorganizations, M&A assignments and corporate governance
- Participating in Group Legal’s data privacy team
- Handling legal governance/projects relating to e.g. contract validation and trademark portfolios
- Reviewing and negotiating international contracts with various business partners, from banks to customers

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
- Hold a master’s degree in law from a Danish university (cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur.)
- Bring at least two years of post-graduate experience from a law firm working with international clients or in the legal department in a multinational company
- Are specialised in corporate laws, governance, GDPR and international contracts
- Know how to translate business needs and calibrate risks into sound legal solutions
- Have a hands-on attitude, are solutions-oriented, and you are an easy-going, strong collaborator
- Speak and write fluent Danish and English
