Globally we are 70+ legal professionals in DSV Group Legal. At our HQ in Hedehusene, you will become part of a central corporate legal team of 8 persons, which oversees all legal aspects of our corporate secretariat, M&A activities and legal compliance, as well as Group Legal’s support to complex international contracts within procurement and customer projects.

Legal governance, M&A, international contracts and legal compliance
You will be focussed on commercial laws and corporate governance. You will handle complex legal issues when advising Group leadership, engage in our widespread M&A activities, review and negotiate international contracts as well as engage in data privacy and other legal compliance activities.
Specifically, you will:
Open-minded, collaborative and a keen interest in resolving international legal matters
While you know how to diligently manage and prioritize many tasks simultaneously, you do not tend to overcomplicate the solutions you provide. You also thrive in a relaxed environment, and while you work with complex subjects, your professionalism never gets in the way of connecting with people.

Legal governance, M&A, international contracts and legal compliance
You will be focussed on commercial laws and corporate governance. You will handle complex legal issues when advising Group leadership, engage in our widespread M&A activities, review and negotiate international contracts as well as engage in data privacy and other legal compliance activities.
Specifically, you will:
- Work with international corporate laws for the listed parent company, global corporate secretariat tasks, M&A assignments and corporate governance,
- Review and negotiate international contracts with various business partners, from banks to customers,
- Support our legal compliance activities, e.g. within data privacy

While you know how to diligently manage and prioritize many tasks simultaneously, you do not tend to overcomplicate the solutions you provide. You also thrive in a relaxed environment, and while you work with complex subjects, your professionalism never gets in the way of connecting with people.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
- Hold a master’s degree in law from a Danish university (cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur.)
- Are interested in corporate laws, M&A, international contracts and legal compliance/ data privacy
- Preferably bring a couple of years of post-graduate experience from a law firm working with international clients or in the legal department in a multinational company
- Excel in translating business needs and calibrating risks into sound legal solutions
- Have a hands-on attitude, and are a solutions-oriented, easy-going, strong collaborator
- Speak and write fluent Danish and English
